How long does the entire process take? +
From signed contract to move-in, most projects complete in 4 to 6 months. Site preparation runs in parallel with factory manufacturing, dramatically compressing the timeline compared to traditional building.
Can I customise the floor plan? +
Absolutely. The base configuration is a starting point. You can modify layouts, change finishes, and work with our architects to create something entirely bespoke within the modular framework.
